The venerable Garrett AT Pro rocked the metal detecting world when it was introduced in 2010. Never before had a fully submersible detector offered all the features of an above water model with no compromises. The All Terrain (AT) concept changed metal detecting forever, with nearly all high end detectors emulating Garrett and their “do everything everywhere” design. The AT Pro as a result became one of the largest selling detectors ever, still used and trusted by countless detectorists around the world. This all-terrain detector can be used for hunting coins, relics, caches, jewelry, and even gold nuggets. The AT Pro includes Garrett’s exclusive Target ID technology and patented discrimination features. Two indicator scales allow you to see the detector’s discrimination setting (Lower Scale) as well as the analysis of each target (Upper Scale). In addition, a Digital Target ID scale provides a more specific target value. The AT Pro also features High Resolution Iron Discrimination (40 points) for separating desirable targets from iron junk in cluttered areas, several advanced audio features. The Garrett AT Pro can be operated in a very user-friendly Standard (STD) Mode or in a more advanced PRO Mode for experienced hunters. The standard 8.5″ x 11″ elliptical Double-D search coil is engineered for optimum performance in more challenging mineralized soils. A huge range of optional accessory coils in various sizes are available, both from Garrett and aftermarket companies. The AT Pro comes with a set of Garrett headphones with the required waterproof connector needed for use while wading with the control box submerged. Also included are four AA batteries to get you started, and a scuff cover to protect the bottom of the search coil from excessive wear.
