The Gold Cube concentrator employs unique technology to recover fine gold that earned it a U.S. Utility Patent. Many machines can process concentrates and get the gold however, instead of using a tablespoon, you can now feed a large scoop of classified (1/8th) concentrates at a time to process 1,000 pounds of material and reduce it to less than a coffee cup of highly concentrated gold and black sand! The unique patented process incorporates 3 degrees of separation. The 12V pumps delivers 1100 gph to the diffusion inlet of the Gold Cube, and spreads the water evenly over the slick plate. 1/8″ or finer material is fed onto the slick plate to start the first stage of separation. The lightest material rushes ahead of the heavies. The material enters the G-Force Separator, where a bar forces the material underwater into a trough, where it does a quick 180 degree rotation and then enters the second tray area. Heavier gold is left behind in the trough. There, the Vortex mat acts as an active “self cleaning” collector. Since the material has already been separated prior to meeting the mat, the vortex mat is able to work at maximum efficiency. 90% or more of the gold will be caught here in the first tray under the upper slick plate. The second and third tray are an insurance policy that captures the small amount of gold that escapes the first tray.
