This 1-1/2″ wide x 3/4″ deep plastic jar is perfect for displaying gold nuggets and gems for sale – or to just show them off! The jar has a removeable compressible foam insert topped with black felt for better contrast with most display items. Note that the lid has a light friction fit and may be pushed off if the foam causes larger items to push up against the lid. This can be solved by either taping the lid shut (the most secure solution) or cutting the foam down from the bottom to enlarge the open space between the felt top and the inner lid. Tip – get some small round decals to stick to the bottom for noting price, weight, or other details.
