This tough little plastic bottle is great for collecting and containing small gold in the field or for storing it at home. Less likely to break than delicate glass vials though be aware plastic vials tend to discolor with use. This vial is 1-3/4″ tall x 1/2″ wide with a 1/4″ opening and will hold about 1 ounce of gold, but this varies with the size of the gold and is a rough estimate only.
